Hotel Information
The official travel agent for the conference hotel and
tour reservations is Viagens Abreu. The reservation of
hotels must be made through this local travel agency, in
order to take advantage of the reduced prices. All

Hotel Accommodations
A block room reservation is provided at the NH Grand
Hotel Krasnapolsky,
the official hotel for the conference and conference
site,
for the convenience of the participants and are to be
assigned on first-come first-served basis.

Procedure for Hotel Reservations and Payment
Hotel reservations
Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodation
should complete the relevant parts of the
Hotel Reservation Form
and return it by fax or by mail to reach Viagens Abreu
no later than
June 11th
June 25th 2008. Total prepayment of accommodation must
accompany this Application Form, which shall reach our
office as soon as possible and no later than
June 11th
June 25th 2008.
After this date, we can not guarantee neither this
Hotel, nor these prices. So, we advise you to reserve
as soon as possible.
Personal extras (mini-bar, phone calls, ...) shall be
paid directly at the hotel's reception, while doing the
check out.
Deposit Refund Policy
All cancellations/amendments must be done in written
(fax, letter or e-mail). In the event of hotel
cancellations, your deposit will be refunded after
deducting bank charge/commission and the following
cancellation charges:
Until April
28:
VIAGENS ABREU, S.A. will refund the amount paid and
charge a fee of € 50 per registration provided written
notice of cancellation is received before April 15.
From April 28 until May
15:
VIAGENS ABREU, S.A. will only refund 50% of the total
amount paid (after deducting a fee of €50), if written
notice of cancellation is received between April 15 and
May 15.
After May
15:
If notice of cancellation is received after May 15
participants will not merit a refund.
Payment
Payment of hotel and tour fair should be made in Euros
in the form of credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Dinners are accepted) or bank remittance (all
costs at transmitter's charge). If you make payment by
bank transfer, please send a copy of the bank receipt
with the Application Form. Remittance should be made to:
